What data we process

• Contact form data: name, email, phone (optional), website, message and selected budget.
• Technical data necessary to run the website (e.g., IP address in server logs).

Purpose and legal basis

We process form data to respond to your inquiry and prepare an offer (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR: steps prior to entering into a contract).

Retention period

We keep inquiries for up to 12 months unless they lead to a collaboration.

Cookies and analytics

Essential data (e.g., saving your cookie banner choice) is always stored; the site doesn't work without it.

We use analytics and marketing cookies only with your consent, given in the cookie banner:

• Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) shows us how many people visit the site and what interests them. The data is statistical and kept for 14 months.
• Marketing: ad measurement and targeting (e.g., Google Ads, Meta). They help us see which ads work.

We run these tools via Google Tag Manager. Data may be transferred outside the EU under standard contractual clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can change or withdraw your consent anytime via the Cookie settings link in the footer.
